Preparation for Licensure – Comprehensive Practice B

Preparation for Licensure – Comprehensive Practice B

Overall, the comprehensive predictor practice B went very well! I tried to incorporate my test taking strategies that I wanted to improve upon from practice A and use them on practice B. my score did improve by 6 points which is encouraging to see that my practicing is paying off! This is something I want to keep practicing on whenever I get stumped on a question and end up with 2 answers left and not knowing which was the best answer. I watched some videos from nursing websites on best test taking strategies and I was able to take a lot of what they said as well as using my gut instinct to answer the questions and I think it shows.

I noticed some of the questions were mostly pharmacology or fundamentals. These definitely need reviewing as I haven’t taken those classes since fall 2020. Just reviewing basic fundamentals such as crutch use, and common meds and the adverse effects that can occur with them. I will keep practicing and reviewing until it comes time for NCLEX!
